Data theft over the phone, or spoofing. Expert: "Only one phone call is enough to rob us"

We think that our mother is calling us and asking us to click on the link. We trust mom, so we click. It turns out that it's actually someone else who doesn't mean well at all. Making calls using a false ID, or "telephone spoofing", is an increasingly common scam. As a result, we are seeing an increased demand for malware and online rental services. " - customers ask. Well, isn't this a bankers shot in the knee? Did this method of communication with clients desensitize these clients to the attempts of thieves?
